Customer are treated just as a comodity and thought that only thing matters is insruance rate/ price.
Customer service means absolutely nothing in this organization. Adjusters are forced to rush customers off the phone so they can get to the next call. Unethical claims practices are being encouraged. Company and state claims practices are being violated at the request of management.
There are no customer service goals only volume goals and productivity.

Too management decisions are focussed on immediate gains rather than long term stability. We are profitable now, but this pace cannot increase forever. There will be a breaking point.

When your employees feel they are valued they will return the favor by remaining loyal and happy to work. We feel undervalued, unappreciated and morale is at an all time low
When you feel that the company doesnt care about its employees, its impossible for your employees to care about your customers, in general.
Lack of communication with every decision throughout every department. Unobtainable inconsistent metrics. Stripped down employee benefits. Sub par training and no career development options. High performing tenured staff cut just to have that same position up on post a week later.

Need a new ceo who cares
CEO is a mess. Rates are bad.
Todd Combs and his hatchetman mentality.
Replace the CEO with someone who can bring the company back to its glory.
Really poor hiring decisions at the executive level. Killing the culture. We need a new CEO. We need genuinely compassionate leaders. Layoffs withouy a vision have to stop
There are too many changes all at once that it's hard to keep up with and nothing is in writing. It feels like management is looking for reasons to get rid of people. It would be beneficial to wait until all changes are developed before announcing them, such as prod goals.

Geico prides itself in being a "low cost provider" but the reality of this is that they are just cheap. Cheapest equipment, salaries lower than standard industry pay, work employees to dust and then put another warm body in the seat.
Associates are trested like trash and we arent staffed to support our customers
Service has been sacrificed for profits. There has been no true push for filling employee shortages on a larger scale. Our customers and all employees are suffering for it, doing 2-3 jobs but getting pai for only one. Its disgusting.
Large layoffs are coming to make the company more efficient.
