Promote a positive work culture by supporting the employees to do better rather than write ups and firings

Genuine care for employee and customer to retain loayalty and competitive profitablity.

ACTION. The leadership team insinuates our morale problem is because members of lower and middle management don't "communicate right or enough". Managers and supervisors are equally demotivated because of the leadership team. You need to take ownership, ACT to not TALK (coffee talks).

Lead by example and not "do as I say and not as I do." Stoo micromanaging

provide prevailaing wage compared to other companies in the industry. Bring back profit sharing and provide generous bonus structure.

Bring back the old pay structure and training oppurtunites

Stocks or non money increase in compensation.

Lack of empathy in this work environment.

Return to profit sharing, restore benefits and set clear goals that don't change every couple of months.

Management creating a healthier work environment. Many workers are dealing with mental health issues.

Work from home so I don't have to interact with them would be great.

Coworkers are all new hires, the good employees are gone.

Coworkers are generally good at their jobs. Only issue is the amount of overseas workers that struggle with english.

Keep work from home as an option. Allowing employees to work remote gives them freedom to live where they would like and spend more time with family. Making employees work in an office when it isnt necessary ruins any kind if "culture".

The process is too long

It was years since the interview and alot has changed. But my interview process was horrendous to say the least.

Need better job recruiters that were just floor agents a few months back

Customer are treated just as a comodity and thought that only thing matters is insruance rate/ price.

Customer service means absolutely nothing in this organization. Adjusters are forced to rush customers off the phone so they can get to the next call. Unethical claims practices are being encouraged. Company and state claims practices are being violated at the request of management.

There are no customer service goals only volume goals and productivity.
