I love what the top leadership is selling. Diversity, well being, balance, growth, and we take care of our customers and each other
Fast paced work most of the time, decent benefits and okay pay. Communication from management though, has been great since I've been there.
We are small. We're all on a federal contract and thus the company we work for is at the whim of government contracting. We work for one company for a few years, then another takes over the contract and we start over with vacation hours and 401k vestment. It makes us tight.
It's a small team and communication from our management has been great.
