On time shipping, customer service and first time quality
It can't be fixed until management is overhauled by firing them all and starting over. No one believes anything management says.
A hard reset is needed and get rid of these clueless finance people managing everything in the company

Negative oppressing strict militant company. Only allows 5 minutes late for entire week with out receiving written discipline. Also located in heavest traffic area. Always an issue. Only 30 minutes for lunch makes it extremely difficult to return from lunch on time. Improve with Cafe

GE is no longer the great company it was in the past. CEO and the Board lost the direction. All decisions taken during the last 7-8 years were done following a personal agenda and not for the benefit of its investors and employees. The new CEO has no error margin to do the right choices.
Quality of products are poor as is with all appliances made today. Customers feel that they've been taking advantage of.
