It was a joke now that I look back on it. They told me everything I wanted to hear. I fell for it hook line and sinker, I was young and had a new family to take care of. I don't think they are capable of improving they need to be truthful.

90% of managers are cronies that are operating out of their league. I'm not sure how to fix the problem if the people that are responsible for fixing the problem are also cronies.
