Its reasonable and makes sure me and my family have a future.

Best coverage for medical, dental and vision in the area

Predictable and consistent income provides security

All of it. GP has a great package for employees. HR is great. Supervisor team unfortunately needs training in leadership.

It's in line with market

Insurance is a good benefit

heath insurance benefits programs dental

401k matching. Stock options. Paid vacation. Bonuses

Fair pay, decent insurance, 401k, pension

the tuition reinbursement and the 401k company match

Make a lot of money

Benefits, med, dental, and vision.

Healthcare instead of finding my own

Full medical and dental decent paid time off

Review from Operations Dept

Retirement, vacation days, dependent care

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Leaving, Going somewhere that I have a voice.

I don’t get paid for all I can

Pay market wages across the board

I feel that i have been very patient with the company in resolving issues and they give me excuses to not pay me or give me the run around

The negatives that they portray out to us out weigh the positives.

Paid under market rates for my role

Bonuses are nonexistent. Performance Pay is a joke.

Insurance is awful terrible. Unreal

better defined goals, and bonus program. it may be based on a percent of some margin the company is trying to achieve so that it is not a set amount of money, but rather if you contribute x to the companies success you will get Y.

Review from Operations Dept

Even small annual wage increases would be better than promises of a bonus that never happens.

Review from Engineering Dept

There is a gender pay inequality

When comparing my salary to equivalent positions at other companies, they are really low and they haven't given anyone a raise in 5 years.

Review from Engineering Dept

pay doesn't go up while being expected to do more and more
