Helpful and firm fair and professional

They allow diversity of thought and putting forward your feedback.

There fast to respond but don't have any real power to fix the problems such as constant machine failures and agitated employees but they try there best to meet the numbers.

Treating everyone the same because they dont!

Dont punish people for getting hurt on the job. Get a diversity and inclusion lesson for the company. Diversity isnt anything if you only keep your POC and women on the lowest level of your company. Actually pay for furthering education instead of just advertising it for recruiting
