What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Everything about it needs change

Too many managers think that they're above everyone in all aspects. while they work less than their counterparts.

Tenders need to keep office talk in the office instead of telling the veterans about what the supervisor and superintendent said about others

Understanding your employees better. Make more positive changes instead of always talking bout negative changes

Make it less bureaucratic and fake

Less overtime so there is a work life balance

new managers that aren't scared to put the foot down

No sunlight. Dusty environment. Office space is limited so no one has their own office unless theyre high leadership or a manager.

Negative work environment, everyone hates their job, it’s miserable being there and people are only there because they pay well and hire anyo

Hire more people. Get better managers. Most have been there so long they've become very lax in their job duties.

everyone needs to work as a team.
