nobody works puts all work on one guy
Invest in your employees. Give your employees a reason to stay with you by promoting from within. Stop hiring based on a buddy system of knowing someone from your church and telling them to come work for you where you interview them
The management attitude is on who to blame for any issues that may come up.

people overworked to keep up because we cant keep temps around long enough to properly train them because they don't get paid enough to stick around
