I don’t get paid for all I can
Pay market wages across the board
I feel that i have been very patient with the company in resolving issues and they give me excuses to not pay me or give me the run around

Doing there own jobs to be more focused on them than focusing on someone’s else j
Focus less on how to add MBM principles to every meeting abd sentence
To show up to work
Poor morale due to being over worked

Make it less bureaucratic and fake
I show more enthusiasm lol
Be more organized one company

nobody works puts all work on one guy
Invest in your employees. Give your employees a reason to stay with you by promoting from within. Stop hiring based on a buddy system of knowing someone from your church and telling them to come work for you where you interview them
The management attitude is on who to blame for any issues that may come up.
