I like the job. But only because I have amazing coworkers I enjoy spedning time with and a good manager. I do not actually like the physical job I do to be payed, that is just something I have to do when I'm there, but still I only like it because of the people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
So easy, I didn't even answer some questions and still got the job. Yes I was 17, but whatever.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I work with are cool. I do not like my job though, I only like my friends I work with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along for the most part, if we don't theres drama which makes the days more interesting. I have some great coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct manager is great, the rest are nice but I don't know them well. Seem noce on surface but it is mostly a facade.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They say that upward movement is a benefit from working there but I have not seen any evidence of such. They don't hire existing employees to be team leaders or managers, thise are outside people. I know so many experiencef people that have worked there for 5+ years, and only earn $1 more than most.
