The company is only about making money. It does not care about it's employees And pays The absolute minimum They can get away with and still keep employees. Sign on bonuses Are only offered For specialty departments But nothing for long-term employees.

To be paid An adequate reasonable living wage instead of having to work 6 and 7 days a week Just to make ends meet
