
Some of the questions feel pointless and repetitive and i think they could dive more into getting to know the applicant better rather than generic questions that can be answered with a lie.

My job is very physically taxing, and to boot we're given more and more things to do with less staff as time goes on. Way more is expected of you than $9 per hour is worth. Surrounding businesses pay several more $ per hour than this one.
