They treat employees as if they're in junior high school. Constant nagging at specific departments, but are lax towards others. Will work you to the bone despite lack of staffing. Lazy employees' work ethic negatively affects my job.

The coworkers make it bearable.

Super friendly, funny, and helpful. They're the best part of going to work.

It felt like more of conversation with a friend than an intense Q&A session.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My department manager works with me and is generally a cool guy. It's rare to find that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a lot of work in my department, but they don't care about performance, just image. I often feel as if I'm doing other employees' jobs on top of mine.
