There is to much favoritism to certain people..they get away with not doing anything..coming in when they want to not falling a shecudule or..helping other employees in their department ..Team leaders them do what they want and so does management.. But if I did something wrong I would be written

Not to be afraid to do their job hold everyone accountable for their actions..zYhere needs to be someone brave enough to stand up to everyone..
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They all need to be trained better and be able to do everything everyone else can do It's not fair thsts some can do it all but some just get trained to do one thing
