I work as a software engineer. The engineering and data teams use very outdated and unnecessarily complex technologies, but the teams is kind and fantastic to work with. Leadership is the issue -- won't give them the proper resources and constantly cancels projects and budgets last minute.

My team, I learn so much from them and feel that my work is valued. We work together well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is extremely kind and approachable. Always willing to hop on a call and work something through or help someone understand a complex feature. They are solution oriented, agile, and never discouraged by fast shifting priorities
