I worked here for 3 years, left due to a toxic work environment. Came back after toxic person left. I get paid the same to fry chicken as the door greeter, despite my experience and the Hazzard of my job. So I feel underappreciated.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be paid what I am worth, my experience should count, and people with riskier jobs should have a little incentive to do their job
