Overall, I've had a mixed experience at my workplace. There have been times where I've felt extremely stressed out, underpaid, and unappreciated but there are also times where I feel very happy and positive due to my coworkers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing positive, happy interactions between people at work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how relaxed things were. It wasn't a crazy, stressful situation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how motivated I feel and how accountability is held for everyone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think some of the best things about my team are how close we are and how we can always rely and count on each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the environment at my workplace is my coworkers. We can always make each other laugh or feel better if one of us is feeling down or needs help with something.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued and unappreciated because I feel like the things I do never get recognized even when I put my best efforts in. I work hard and do not feel I am treated fairly. I would feel better about my compensation if it were raised and I was treated better along with my other coworkers.
