The wages are not competitive for the industry and that has lead to a staffing problem.

Leadership makes an effort to talk to people at the store level. They are accommodating and value workers

The interview was informal. The interviewers told me a lot about the job and company, but they gave me time to relate my personal experience and skills. I felt like they got to know me
