It’s a great place to work and there is always things to do, but sometimes it can be overwhelming during busier hour
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate how paid time off is offered to all employees, including part-time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has an attitude of working hard no matter their position, so when there are things to do, everyone is ready.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was simple, to the point, and the questions really allowed the interviewer to see the potential employees personality and whether it would fit with the environment they were trying to uphold.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are committed to creating the best grocery store they can. They are all very interested in the well being of all their employees, however they can often be intimidating and sometimes are too hard on employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy keeping busy the whole time and I feel a sense of fulfillment in what I accomplish each day. I feel like I have a job and not just a place where I stand around doing nothing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very helpful and patient when I don’t know what to do in a situation, and they do great work as bakers, however sometimes they can come off as cynical and I often hear them talking about each other behind their back
