Recent Reviews About GitLab

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Goodbye San-Francisco centric companies. I will never go back to the centric typical tech company. This is global, midwestern, southern, mountains, beaches - everyone is sitting somewhere magical. This company is extremely diverse in thought and location.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Great at sharing knowledge, lots of smart and empathetic people. Sadly, the wonderful people are far outweighed by the terrible, inexperienced management and mercurial managers.

very collaborative and transparent communication. that build trust among the team and senses of belonging, I feel inclusive and we are running well to deliver the best result for the organization. .

Answer from Sales Dept.

The company meetings are ALL asynchronous, there are always notes and you can watch them afterwards. This way, I can spend my time the way I need to manage my priorities.
