They were very kind and nice. They were very helpful when I was just starting to learn and still they do up until now.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is the only company that I've known so far for having "Family and Friends First, Work second" culture and that is the best culture/environment for me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like the best is they were accommodating to our concerns as we raised them. They make sure to have this action as soon as possible. They care for their people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Actually, it's not the amount of money that I consider the best one, but the unlimited PTO and the permanent WFH set up. The monetary benefits is good, but having unlimited PTO and Permanent WFH set up is the best! :)
What did you like most about the interview process?
Unlike the usual, the interviewers seems to focus on really what I can contribute to the company and the values I have which I also believed the most company should do, other companies seems to focus on the school where you graduated, your asking salary, and etc..
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy because I am surrounded with good people, I have a very supportive team and we help each other. Since we can manage our own time, we were able to perform well and happy to contribute all the best for the team and company as well.
