To have the chance to work remotely but still have the feeling to have colleagues close to you is a very good experience and I really like the professional thinking people in my team and that everybody want`s the same thing and thats nothing else then success

I can say nothing else but good things, the remote world offers you a work environment no other company can give you. Everybody loves to work for gitlab and it makes bunch of fun to work with people together where you feel that every single individual loves to work for GitLab.

Everybody is very ambitious and hard working

Honesty and flexibility, they have a clear vision of where we are heading and it's working out very well!

That i had a very good connection with all of the people I had an interview. They were all super nice and professional people

Everybody is helping the other team members. They are all very professional and reliable and the team spirit is very good as well.

I really like that the team is very close even though we are working all remotely, but still the vibe in the Teams are very good.

That our company is fully remote and the leaders have trust in us. I have never worked in a company like this before and it is amazing.

All the people I talked to where honest and very professional, they gave me directly the feeling that this is an amazing place and would have done everything to get hired.

To achieve my day to day goals I set myself. And I really love to educate myself in this business, with colleagues like this I can learn a lot and it is fun to work here because we have great vibes!
