Everyone is happy to help you when you are stuck, there is no hierarchy - everyone works together as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how the leadership team encourages everyone to speak up. Everyone here has a voice, and their opinions are heard. We have amazing discussion around work and work culture and the executive team is very receptive to ideas and are always looking to make this better.
