I haven't been here for too long. But my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. They only thing to make note of is due to the high growth there are a lot of changes and process that are natural for a company at this stage but can be frustrating.
What makes you most happy at work?
The direction of the company and the trajectory is amazing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is eager to help and quick to respond. Very collaborative culture.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Every step of the process was laid out so I never felt left in the dark about where things stood.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a real desire by everyone to help our customers, there is a great amount of transparency and belief in the mission.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The total and complete transparency not only to employees but the market as a whole. I have never seen such unbridled openness, if anything it is a little scary.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Remote work is amazing. The health insurance is great, the HSA option is wonderful for families as long as you make the deposits in the account. The only thing I could recommend would be a gym membership. Tuition assistance is a great feature and they very much encourage you to learn more.
