While still in the early start up stages, being able to learn so much about different aspects of the business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though we are all remote, everyone still WANTS to create personal interactions. Even though I sit at home alone for most of my work days, I never feel alone whatsoever.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
GitLab is amazing when it comes to making sure all employees have exactly what they need. They will reimburse employees for almost anything they get / need to be able to effectively do their jobs correctly (desks, internet, laptop accessories, etc.)
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so helpful and loves to connect. One of the hardest things about an all remote company is getting the fun, non-work related interactions in your day-to-day operations - GitLab has somehow mastered it. Everyone can expect to have 1-2 "coffee chats" a week to connect about non-work items.
