Our compensation is lower than in comparable companies, and our 401k is very minimal.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with and being challenged every day and growing in my career.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very relatable and passionate about their jobs and their teams, which doesn't always come across unless you talk to them, but they are super open to feedback, coffee chats, and understand the day to day lives of their teams. I encourage everyone to chat with their executive!
