Continuous improvement and collective ownership are two phrases that come to mind when I think about the positive environment here at GitLab. We are all seeking to learn from our mistakes and give each other honest feedback on our work with a focus on kindness.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Three things I really liked about the interview process. I loved that I knew what to expect as the process was already public in the handbook, I really enjoyed getting to meet so many different folks across the company, and the challenge of the different stages have given me confidence in my role.
