Inclusive and transparent. Everything going on in the company is known and we are encouraged to be curious and ask questions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is knowledgeable and willing to help out. There is so much collaboration that it really feels like a team effort and not a bunch of silos where everyone does its own little thing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was humane and understanding. One time, one of their email went to my junk filter and I was not prepared for an interview because of it. We simply rescheduled and did it properly.
