Being able to work 100% remotely by being asynchronous first is by far the most unique aspect of this company.

How closely it followed the process outlines in the handbook, and the people I got to meet during the process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is both welcoming and supportive. I can feel safe that others are not judging me for taking time when I need it throughout the day, and give the utmost respect to each other.
