My manager is amazing. I got the best training in my life, she is always there. Even if she does not know the answer she navigate me to the right person. Never leave me alone with my problem. However at the same time she is encourage me to develop and be better and better,

I love what I am doing. Good to know that my job is part of the company's success.

I feel that I am part of the organisation. Not "just" an employee but part of the GitLab family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their communication. They share everything, they support the employees, they are flexible, they hear us, and are always there for us.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I did not feel the pressure. I was nervous always before the interview however when we started the conversation I forgot that I am on an interview and I felt confident. Everyone was so nice and kind.
