What makes you most happy at work?Culture, collaboration, salary, benefit, environment
What makes you most happy at work?Peace and quiet! Not having to tell everyone my daily life story just to be considered a good worker as apposed to my willingness to work hard
What is the best part about your compensation package? My package is not good, as policy the company will pay long service award but they manipulate to not compensate it for me
What would you improve about your company's interview process? They make you feel like you got what they're looking for and when you get Onboarding complete, your past experiences are a joke to them
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Friendships, cliques, boundaries, professionalism, stop hiring kids fresh out of college because they make the environment hostile, willingness to help others learn and grow and most importantly communication
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Communication, inclusivity, professionalism, verbiage, dialogue and personal space. Most people just want to survive 12hr shifts, not take coworkers home and become family. Coworkers need to learn that everyone is not hires to be friends, but were hired to do a job and go home.
