Globant does not provide good tools with which the developer will feel more comfortable and efficient at work. In my case, I feel obliged to work with an Operating System which is very problematic in what I do every day and Globant refuses to change it or improve it

It is important to work together as a team. Teamwork does not mean that everyone has a different task and ath the end they come out with a solution. Instead, working in a team means that there is a leader that understands the weaknesses and strengths of everyone and empowers them to do their best.
