    Truly being "fair and consistent" across the board, empathy, planning and strategy, diversity, supporting their leadership team while actually holding their retail employees accountable

    The commitment required to the role in the current economy leaves me with little financial freedom. I have faith that Glossier's performance based pay review will help with this.
