What did you like most about the interview process? The benefits such as health insurance
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The only positive part of this facility is the residents.
What are some of the best things about your team?We have some good aides to work with and pleasant residents
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Staff morale is the worst I've seen in 15 years. If the company would focus more on maintaining staff that has shown loyalty and dependability, that would give an incentive for staff to provide better care to the residents.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Micromanaging is a huge problem here. You will not have proper staff numbers because managements lack of care runs new hires off.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listening and addressing staff concerns. If they would just treat their staff with respect, the "fix" for their facilities could be easy. They waste too many resources trying to figure out how to bring new staff in, when they should be retaining the good staff they already have.
