I've had a very positive experience. I come from companies that didn't have the work-life balance and benefits we do, as well as very toxic environments. It's hard to find a company where you can go every day, have freedom to do your job, have fun, and feel safe taking care of your daily life.

The employees. Everyone is generally really friendly. No one is trying to be disrespectful to one another and everyone is supportive of one another's interests.

The environment and the employees. I don't feel like I'm coming into a toxic workplace and I feel like I can collaborate with my peers.

I like that they value family-life work balance as well as they understand the value of taking time off and promote it. No one makes you feel bad about taking care of your daily life so that you can re-gain focus.
