I have been working at Goldin for 3.5 months and it is my favorite role thus far in my career. I am working with extremely hardworking people, everyone is excited about what we are building and the leaders of the company are great mentors. It is really awesome being apart of the Goldin team!

The past year has been extremely rewarding. I have felt supported since day 1 and have built meaningful relationships across the company. I have been given the tools and resources I need. I know I can provide feedback or ask questions at any time.

I love the opportunity to work in the hobby that I love. However, the company culture isn't the best. Some folks make many mistakes, create an uncomfortable environment, and miss deadlines and they only get a slap on the wrist. Meanwhile, others work in fear over small mistakes.
