- Better compensation - More incentives for growing and scaling the business - More human capital resources for certain teams - Better communication within the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
- Compensation does not align with the responsibilities of the job and the time requirements - Goldin is a start-up and there is no equity incentive or stock options for those who are building processes from the ground up, contributing to revenue goals, variable comp, etc.
