My team is hard working, supportive and extremely genuine. They are the best part of working at GA.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication needs to improve because right now there is not enough incentive for us to work with the lack of direction
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I have taken on a large amount of responsibility only to not be compensated fairly for it. I would love to stay at the company long term and turn it into a career but financial independence is more important to me.
