Goldman Sachs Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The paycheck is better than i can get anywhere else

Very fair and competitive pay.

The health benefits are really good

High pay , large bonus , stock grant

Cash money. Great bonuses too

Review from Engineering Dept

Compensation package is base pay and annual performance bonus.

Review from Finance Dept

It is great. I love this company

Review from Finance Dept

I like the amount of vacation days that are given

Review from Finance Dept

Comp is way too bonus driven

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Bring pay to market level for all who deserves, not just the favorites

Compensation is not competitive. I would make more money as a server in most restaurants.

Momentary compensation is good, however the leave policies, esp. compared to Europe feel lacking.

all the years i have been working and the increase in salary has been awful, just around 6 % in 3 years. Bonus has been paid unfairly and no equity comp

Firm is behind the curve in compensation compared to our peers as of Q3 2021

Raise the salaries of your employees instead of spending money on private jets for your CEO and his stupid diva demands. Together with the entitled senior managers who are out of touch with the day to day lives of people who make the company money.

I felt undervalued, under appreciated and told not to speak in leadership meetings as I was gas lit by my manager trying to take credit for the work I did.

Review from Design Dept

Better benefits and stock options

Review from Engineering Dept

The compensation is decent but there are rules in place that prevent you from receiving compensation for 2 promotions in one year which is unfair

Being in line with market rate would be better

mediocre salary for long hour work

Review from Engineering Dept

Comp conversations are not allowed amongst employees, but it is evident that women in entry level roles are paid less than other counterpart
