Bring pay to market level for all who deserves, not just the favorites

Compensation is not competitive. I would make more money as a server in most restaurants.

Momentary compensation is good, however the leave policies, esp. compared to Europe feel lacking.

all the years i have been working and the increase in salary has been awful, just around 6 % in 3 years. Bonus has been paid unfairly and no equity comp

Promote and nurture the people who do good work. Don’t just promote your other white friend
