Nate joined Gradient AI's leadership team tasked with leading the Gradient Client Services Organization. In over 15 years of experience in the insurance market, he has held a variety of consulting and leadership roles.
Most recently, Nate served as a National Insurance Leader with Capgemini where he worked closely with some of the largest insurance carriers and brokers in the nation. Prior to Capgemini, he spent a decade with Nationwide Insurance in numerous roles including business leadership, change management, and operational management.
Nate has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Iowa State University, and Prosci Certification in Change Management.
