Jeff brings his experience managing insurance programs and handling claims as a lawyer, in-house general counsel and risk manager to help Gradient grow its solution set to include all major property and casualty insurance lines.
With a background of nearly 25 years successfully leading teams in cutting edge technology companies, Jeff also brings a results-driven approach to building products and a process-driven approach to many of the issues faced by high growth companies like Gradient.
Jeff left private practice with a leading Boston law firm to take a series of executive-level roles at several technology companies in the internet, software, hardware, services and telecommunications fields, including Senior Vice President at Lycos, Inc. (NASDAQ: LCOS), Senior Vice President at Geac Computer Corp. (NASDAQ: GEAC), and Chief Administrative Officer at Sonus Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: SONS)
