Our management at our Erie pa location is the worse I have ever seen they don't know the operations of the center and they just put everything off on other employees and come and go as they please and everyone refuses to do anything about it

They hire people and pay then more then me when I am training then

Be replaced. They have been told what they need to do and refuse to even do any work
