What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need a more supportive management team. The morale in the compny is very low. The staff is not happy which makes going into work miserable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need better training and more ataff to handle the work load. The fact that I did not have any training on the new computer system but was left alone to figure it out myself is disgraceful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel very undervauled. I work very hard everyday and put my all into my job and i wish i was able to feel like i had support from my managemnet team. I cant work for a company who believe that they are above simple tasks like answering phones or communicating with the donors.
