It fits my needs and i feel is at average for the north.

Its a mix culture for the most part and everyone embrace each other and respect each other

Everybody help each other out. If you don't remember or know something you will not be punished or talked about.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like the questions i was asked at the end. Because some of them i've never really thought about before so it really made me leave with something to think about
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that my leadership team check in with each employee to make sure everything is running smoothly and is open to suggestions and ideas to make the center run smooth as possible.
