I no longer work there. Very unprofessional. Co-workers talking to donors about each other. Humiliating the newer staff in front of donors.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very difficult to answer. There is no leadership. A leader works for there employees. They need to listen a little more to the needs of the floor.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bullying, slandering, the older staff is scaring the newer staff away making it complicated for someone with the right knowledge, education and ethics to work under this environment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Slandering, bullying, need to be more helpful to the new staff. To much gossip. Staff is aware of all managements discussions. Follow SOP, Team Work could be much better.
