My experience with this company has been the worst. The manager along with a lot of the coworkers i worked with are very unprofessional. Im talking about people riding the power lift like its a car, a non working fridge in the breakroom, the toilet in the girls restroom has been out of order 4 weeks

The customers were more positive than all the employees at grocery outlet
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually investigate the store and pull up any records because nothing has changed since ive worked there, which was a year and a half
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would bust my butt at this job and got no recognition while other people who slack/do the bare minimum are shown favortism/given promotions. I deserved better pay + more hours than what i was given. People who actually work there should be paid more
