When I use to work there, I will look foward into seeing my co-workers, but the management was poor. They didnt know how to run a bussiness, so I had to do so much because they didnt know what a teamwork was

My co-workers, they understand what we all feel
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More teamwork. Having someone who actually knows how to run a business and makes it fair for everybody
What are some of the best things about your team?
Nothing. My co-workers worked there for years and still got paid so little, they gave great customer service and still didnt get payed enough
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Appreciating every other person who works there, and having backup ideas when someone cant make it into work beacuse they have personal issues going on
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt undervauled because I did so much for this job, and that they fire me for something as little as me calling in because I had an emergency, and because I was the only customer service and they dont think ahead, they didnt have anyone to "close up"
