It was good in the beginning we were being paid fairly. And there was plenty of orders going around. All drivers were happy. The only problem was restaurants not receiving orders or too busy. Now pay is outrageously low. Not even enough to buy 1 gallon of gas. Plus wear and tear from driving my car

To be paid more for each order. Incentives for good customer service and fast delivery times. Better driver care customer service.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was not much of an interview process. All they care about at this company is that your background is cleared and no tickets. You have that and your hired.
